Hellah Runs Across America

Who is Hellah Sidibe?

Hellah Sidibe is a Vivo Life athlete and a former professional soccer player. Hellah later becomes a YouTube and social media influencer.

Inspired by a fellow YouTuber, Hellah decided to start running every single day and documenting his experiences on social media, always with an infectious smile. That was nearly 4 years ago, and he hasn’t stopped since!

Along the way, he’s inspired tens of thousands of people to stay positive and get active.

But for 2021, Hellah is taking it up a notch, and embracing the biggest challenge of his life

Setting off on the 1st March, Hellah will be running from Los Angeles to New York city in 100 days or less: that’s a total of 3200 miles.

To run 35-40 miles a day

To run 35-40 miles a day, Hellah’s nutrition and recovery has to be on-point.

Here’s his essentials:

SUSTAIN: “I use SUSTAIN to keep me going during long runs, thanks to the electrolytes from coconut water.”

WHOLE: “For a nutritionally complete and simple breakfast, I make a smoothie using WHOLE: high in vitamins, minerals, protein, and essential fats!”

PERFORM: “Recovery is key: PERFORM after my workout is exactly what my body needs to get ready for my next run, with 25 grams of protein and BCAA’s.”

CREATINE: “I use creatine every day as it helps improve my total work capacity, and aids in recovery.”
